Document Legalization
If you need the embassy to legalize your documents, you must provide the following * Please note: It is recommended to provide the same document translated into French or Kirundi.

Notary Seal
The seal from a local notary on the document to be notarized
Immigration Status
A copy of a document stating the applicant's status in the country of resident

Document proving regular residence in the country for at least two years, such as one of the following: -Rental agreements covering the two-year period -Utility bills (electricity, gas, water) dated over two years -Driver’s license or state ID showing the same address over time
